Shipping is billed per recipient, and ONEHOPE sends each gift directly to its recipient.

Alcohol cannot be shipped to DE, ME, MT, RI, SD, or UT. Please choose a non-alcoholic gift for recipients in these states. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Adult-signature and other address restrictions may apply.

01Is this my final production proof?

No. These mockups are visualizations for direction only. A ONEHOPE gifting specialist will review your artwork, confirm print or etch feasibility, and provide a final proof before production.

02Where does my logo go when I upload it?

It is securely processed to create a normalized preview, then returned to your browser without being stored. Your original artwork is retained only when you intentionally submit your project.

03What logo files work best?

A transparent PNG or self-contained SVG with generous clear space works best. PNG, JPG, and WebP files up to 10 MB are accepted; SVG and TIFF files can be up to 4 MB.

04Can you ship to every recipient for me?

ONEHOPE ships gifts directly to each eligible recipient, with shipping billed per recipient. Alcohol cannot be shipped to Delaware, Maine, Montana, Rhode Island, South Dakota, or Utah, so recipients in these states will need a non-alcoholic gift. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Additional address and adult-signature requirements may apply.

05Do bulk savings apply?

Reference tiers begin at 25 gifts, with increasing savings at 150 and 300 gifts. Your specialist will confirm the current offer, eligible products, and final pricing.

06Can the wine be substituted?

Many gifts may be available with alternate wines or non-alcoholic sparkling tea. Ask the gifting team to confirm options for your selected design.
